Disconnect the motor connector and push the wheel backwards again. If the wheel can be pushed back again, the controller is probably defective.

If it is still not possible to move the wheel backwards, the motor may be blocked. Push the wheel backwards with force to release the lock. If this is not possible, the motor must be replaced.
