All wheel connectors should be disconnected and reconnected. Several tests are possible:
- inspect the wheel connector plugs and ensure connector pins are not bent or broken
- ensure the display is connected correctly and connector pins are not broken
- the speed sensor on the bike is located inside the wheel hub, if the above does not resolve the issue, it is possible one of the magnets is loose inside the motor and will need repairing/replacing.
